Hi, I'm Sheri Peterson.
You start strong, life gets in the way, and somehow you find yourself back at square one. I know that cycle intimately — because I lived it for years.
At forty, I found myself in a familiar midlife struggle. Despite decades of discipline and drive, I felt exhausted, foggy, and frustrated that the weight I once easily managed had crept up and refused to budge. Nothing seemed to work — not the latest diets, not the workout plans, not even the endless stream of “quick fixes.” Then someone introduced me to intermittent fasting. That one simple shift changed everything.
That experience is what led me to create Sheri Peterson Wellness — a space where everyday adults can find real, practical support without the pressure or the guilt. I’m not here to hand you another rigid plan. I’m here to help you build something that actually fits your life.
A community is coming soon — a place to connect, get weekly support, and do this alongside people who genuinely get it. If you want to be the first to know when doors open, get on the list.
Wellness isn’t a destination. It’s a way of walking through life — body, mind, and spirit — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
What I Believe
Compassion over criticism.
Sustainability over sacrifice.
Community over competition.
Wholeness over quick fixes.
Consistency over intensity.
Wellness that meets you where you are — and walks with you every step of the way.

A Note from Sheri
